Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing technique for making a variety of parts, from both thermosetting plastic materials and thermoplastic in production. During the plastic injection molding process, plastic is injected at high pressures into a mold which is the inverse of the product's shape. Plastic injection molding is the most common method of production, with some commonly made items including screen filters and manufactured plastic parts.
