Polyethylene Foam

Polyethylene Foam is an excellent performer in a variety of applications and temperatures, however we commonly supply polyethylene foam for cushion packaging applications. Polyethylene is a resilient material which protects against repeated impacts and compressions, and is water and chemical resistant, lightweight and clean.  Our Molded Polyethylene foam is easily fabricated, versatile, and cost-effective.

Our Polyethylene foam selection also includes Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) material. Characteristics include exceptional elasticity, impact strength and excellent chemical resistance. EPE foam is often used in protective packaging applications, especially when transporting high-value, fragile products, such as electronics and medical equipment. Other uses include solvent-resistant packaging.

Even though two foams may look exactly alike, they may feel and perform entirely different.
